1. Introduction

Carlosrego (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to respecting and protecting the intellectual property rights of creators, brands, artists, and rights holders. This policy explains how you can submit an Intellectual Property (IP) Claim regarding unauthorized use of your work on carlosrego.com. It applies to copyright concerns, trademark issues, counterfeit goods, and misuse of proprietary designs.

2. What Qualifies as an Intellectual Property Violation?

You may file a claim if your protected work has been copied, reproduced, displayed, sold, or used without permission. This includes:
• Copyrighted images, artwork, text, or product designs
• Unauthorized use of brand names, product names, or logos
• Counterfeit products or misleading imitations
• Replication of proprietary or custom-made designs
If unsure whether your situation qualifies, you may still contact us for clarification.

3. How to Submit an Intellectual Property Claim

Submit your claim to: support@carlosrego.com
Your claim must include:

A. Contact Information

Your full legal name, company (if applicable), mailing address, phone number, and email address.

B. Proof of Ownership

Provide one or more of the following:
• Copyright or trademark registration number
• Proof of original creation (files, timestamps, portfolio links)
• Documentation supporting your ownership

C. Description of Infringing Content

Include specific URLs, a description of how your intellectual property is being used, and optional screenshots.

D. Required Declarations

You must include these statements:
“I have a good-faith belief that the use of the material described is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.”
“The information in this claim is accurate, and I am the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.”
“I understand that submitting false claims may result in legal consequences.”

E. Signature

A physical or electronic signature is required.

Incomplete submissions may delay processing.

4. What Happens After You Submit a Claim

Upon receiving your claim, we will review it within 3–5 business days. Content may be temporarily disabled while under review. We may reach out for additional information, notify the uploader, and—if appropriate—remove the infringing material. Every claim is evaluated carefully and individually.

5. Counter-Notification Process

If content is removed, the uploader may submit a counter-notification, including:
• Full legal name and contact details
• Identification of removed content
• Explanation of why the claim is incorrect
• Evidence of ownership or authorization
• Consent to U.S. jurisdiction
• Signature

We will forward the counter-notification to the original claimant and allow 10–14 business days for legal action before restoring content.

6. Repeat Infringer Policy

To maintain compliance and protect rights holders, we may suspend accounts, remove listings, or block uploads for users who repeatedly violate intellectual property rules.

7. False or Misleading Claims

Submitting inaccurate, fraudulent, or abusive claims may lead to account removal, legal consequences, or reporting to authorities. Please ensure your ownership before filing.

8. No Legal Advice

This policy is informational and not a substitute for professional legal counsel. If you are unsure about your rights, seek advice from an intellectual property attorney.
